This group is designed for women and men who
have been actively involved in any 12-step recovery process for at
least one year. Through the use of psychodrama, participants will
explore personal issues that arise as they work through the steps.
We will use other expressive therapies such as sand tray, art and
movement. Action methods assist people in breaking denial, increasing
self-awareness, healing childhood wounds and learning new, constructive
ways of coping with difficulties.
